Data Fusion – Senior – Master/PhD Maths/Engineer

Duties

  • Developing algorithms for state estimation, sensor fusion, target tracking, bayesian decision making, event detection, anomaly detection, network analysis.
  • Developing predictive analytic products using multimodal geospatial data
  • Modeling real world phenomenon for development of decision-making tools
  • Prototyping and testing algorithms in simulation.
  • Collaborate closely with peers on other engineering teams and interface frequently with product and sales teams

 

Must have

 

  • MSc or PhD in applied mathematics, statistics, computer science, related technical field or equivalent 5+ years of practical experience
  • Software development skills for modeling and analysis (Python | Julia | similar…)
  • Ability to manage and analyze large data sets
  • Strong background and demonstrated skill in modeling and simulation
  • Fluent in English
  • Willing to do diligent research and apply to the problem at hand
  • Open-minded, adaptable and team-worker

 

Nice to have

  • Experience in modeling and simulation
  • Experience in operations research
  • Experience in ontology development
  • Experience in statistical uncertainty analysis
