Facilities & Fleet Manager

Duties

You ensure two important roles on the day-to-day. You are able to switch from a building issue to a car contract negotiation. You ensure the follow-up of the fleet as well as the building issues and maintenance.

You will closely work with the Plant site Manager as well as with the CFO from who you will take over this role. You will integrate a young and dynamic multidisciplinary team. You will report to the CFO.

What we expect as key activities:

• Facilities Manager
  • Day-to-day follow-up of building issues (3 sites)
  • Management and coordination of the maintenance on the different sites
  • Planification of interventions and repairs
  • Support Office Management (reorganisation of the workplace, makeover,…)
  • Ensure a nice and safe workplace
  • Closely work with the Security & Prevention officer
• Fleet Manager
  • Day-to-day follow-up of the fleet
  • Car orders and follow-up with the partners
  • Yearly negotiation of global contracts
  • Fuel cards & contract management
  • Establish damage report
  • Closely work with HR department
  • Keep up-to-date the status of the car and contracts
• Perform and manage the process for the HQ and its subsidiaries

On top of that, we expect from you to be creative and to challenge the processes currently in place.

Must have

• Bachelor or Master’ degree in Administration, Economic or Construction related field is preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role in a growing company
• Experience with construction field with excellent technical skills
• Knowledge of car fiscality regulations is an advantage

Nice to have

• Fluent in French and English (Dutch is a plus)
• Experience with start-up or PME environment
• Knowledge of Odoo
