Duties
- Support RF system design for spacecraft missions (can include radios, payload, antenna depending on experience and willingness to learn)
- Support all aspects of the development chain: requirements, architecture, design, manufacturing, integration, test, operations
- Work on RF / telecommunication spacecraft architecture
- Support design reviews to ensure requirements and interface compliance
- Work closely with external providers of telecommunication systems to review designs, identify, and resolve issues and develop integration and test approaches
- Support subsystem development with a multidisciplinary team of flight software and FPGA developers and mechanical engineers
- Develop test plans that ensure adequate testing of units and the complete system
Must have
- MSc or PhD degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in telecommunication systems, RF electronics or antenna
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously across teams and company to drive multi-disciplinary projects to completion
- Good communication skills
- Fluency in English

- A passion for technology and rapid execution of sophisticated space missions
- Prior experience with RF systems testing
- Experience with scripting language (Python)
- Experience in space industry
- Willing to work out of your comfort zone
- Experience in frequency coordination
